Chronic Pain Healed
Myself and another member of our healing team (Jerry) started praying for Conrad, a member of the congregation. Conrad had suffered for 4 years of chronic back pain and had a few herniated disks. He was constantly on painkillers and some days he couldn’t even get out of bed the pain was so excruciating. When we were praying for his back, Conrad’s body started shaking. Jerry was holding his hand and looked at him and asked “are you doing that” and Conrad’s reply was “no”. Then the joy of the Lord hit and I just started laughing, so did Conrad! His whole body was convulsing now and I said, “I’m not going to stop praying for you yet, but that pain you had when we first started praying for you is gone now isn’t it?” and he laughingly said “yes!”. We continued praying and enjoying the Lord’s manifest presence and then we asked him to check his back (truth be told, I jealously didn’t want to stop praying for him because God’s presence was so thick and all over him)! He checked his back and there was no pain! I had him touch his toes and when he stood up he just started jumping for joy and praising the Lord for the good work the Lord had done in Conrad!
