Extraordinary Wisdom and the Russian Constitution
Bill Johnson shared the following story while talking about the extreme importance of us crying out for extraordinary wisdom in this hour:
A man was crying out to God for extraordinary wisdom and got a download for what the new Russian constitution should be. He had no access to the Russian president but went to Russia and felt lead to go to a certain hotel. As he was standing by a door the Russian president walked past him. The man handed him the constitution saying something like, “the Lord told me to give you this.” The president was supposed to go in and speak to a room full of people but, once he got the constitution, he read it briefly then turned around and walked out – never addressing the group. Now the Russian constitution is almost word for word what was given to this man in a prophetic download!
December 25, 1993…the Constitution signified a complete departure from the Communist dictatorship toward democratic government. “We, the multinational people of the Russian Federation, united by a common fate on our land, establishing human rights and freedoms, civic peace and accord, preserving the historically established state unity, proceeding from the universally recognized principles of equality and self-determination of peoples, revering the memory of ancestors who have conveyed to us the love for the Motherland, belief in the good and justice, reviving the sovereign statehood of Russia and asserting the firmness of its democratic base, striving to ensure the well-being and prosperity of Russia, proceeding from the responsibility for our Motherland before the present and future generations, recognizing ourselves as part of the world community, adopt the Constitution of the Russian Federation.”
