“The man had a metal brace on his short leg. I figured the Lord could not heal him while the brace was on. I escorted the man to the bathroom so he could remove the three inch lift. He limped severely back to his seat. I knew the Lord healed people because I had seen it at Morris’ home prayer meeting. I lifted the man’s legs and prayed in the name of Jesus and nothing happened. I prayed in tongues for this man’s healing and again nothing happened. I felt new boldness in my spirit and declared under my breath: OK, God, I did my part. Now do yours! Immediately the man’s leg grew out and the man could walk on his own–without a brace–without a limp. The girl was crippled due to an Achilles tendon cut in her feet. She was immediately healed when I prayed for her.

The Lord got all the glory for healing those two people. And many lives were changed that night when they were touched by the power of the Holy Spirit. But I would have never been so bold if Morris had not empowered me with the tools of fervent prayer. If you have already prayed, well go pray some more!
