Healing In A Cave
This week Melissa and I were in Texas visiting our spiritual parents. One of our excursions took us to the Natural Bridge Caverns, a large cave system near San Antonio. One of the first things we noticed during our tour of the cave was that our tour guide, Allison, was wearing a knee brace on her right knee. At the end of the tour, before we came back up out of the cave, Melissa asked Allison about her knee. It turns out that she was experiencing very sharp pain in her knee, which was making it nearly unbearable to conduct her cave tours. She told us that she was planning on going to the Emergency Room after work to have doctors treat her. Melissa asked her if we could pray for her knee to be healed. Allison, a young woman in her early 20s, said yes. She had faith for healing…we could feel it. We laid hands on her knee, and prayed. About a minute later, we asked Allison how her knee was doing. ALL OF HER PAIN DISAPPEARED! I asked if she could test it out. She took off her knee brace, and we walked out of the cave together–HEALED! This was the first time we witnessed an underground healing!
