Healing in a New Age Nature Shop
Last weekend, Melissa and I were in Ashland, Oregon to visit our spiritual parents, and across the street from the cottage we stayed in was a New Age Nature Shop. We went over to visit the shop, and after looking around for a while, Melissa and I went to the register to check out.
We struck up a conversation with Mary, the sales clerk at the register. Then suddenly, I felt a heat sensation touch my left elbow. It was clearly a word of knowledge. I asked Mary if she had pain in her left elbow. With a surprised look on her face, she said, “Yes from time to time, but my real problem is in my hip.”
After this, Mary asked us, “What are you, healers or something?” We said, “Ah…yes…as a matter of fact. We have the gift of healing.” Melissa and I, without laying hands on Mary, just said to her, “We release the power of Holy Spirit to come now on you.”
We asked Mary how she felt. She felt heat on her body, and her hip pain was gone.
When we were done, she said, “Oooo, I need more Holy Spirit!” Melissa said to her, “Take some more!”
I love New Age people. They have more faith than most Christians.
It’s just that they need to redirect their faith to the True Spirit.
