Healed of a Serious Nut Allergy
In the UK, a teen had a really bad nut allergy. If she ate a nut, her mouth would instantly swell and she’d have to go to the hospital and get a shot. She asked the Lord to help her make sure it was Him. Then they gave a word of knowledge about food allergies and told people to test out their healings. On her own, she ate a chocolate-covered nut. She figured if she was going to die, she should die with chocolate. Then she just stood there to see if something was going to happen. Nothing happened, so she knew she was would be healed. She testified on stage that she was healed. Asked how she knew, she said, “I ate a nut.” She then said what normally would happen when she did that. The person leading the meeting would not have encouraged her to eat the nut had he known that, but on her own, she had done that, and God saw her faith. She was healed.
