Physical Healing: Torn Tricep, 8/21/10
I tore my tricep a few days ago. It was extremely swollen and had limited mobility. I received prayer for healing and the Lord touched me. I gained full range of motion and the swelling significantly reduced before my eyes. I also received the baptism of the Holy Spirit!
Physical Healing: Allergic Reaction to a Bee Sting, 8/21/10
I received multiple bee stings on my right index finger. My finger began to swell about two times its normal size. It turned dark red and purple with intense pain. Nothing relieved the pain or the swelling. My daughter came home from an Awakening Service at IHOP Atlanta. She prayed for me and I felt electricity throughout my body as the power of God touched me. Afterward, I felt no pain. Two days later, I was completely healed. –Mary
Freedom from Depression, Suicidal Thoughts, and the Pain of Sexual Abuse, 8/20/10
I’ve been struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts for as long as I can remember. I’ve felt a sense of worthlessness due to the sexual abuse that happened to me throughout my childhood. I’ve experienced feelings of abandonment since both of my parents passed away, leaving me an orphan. During the Awakening Service, God moved powerfully upon me! In the past, I have struggled with seeing God as a Father and as someone that loves me because I always viewed men as ‘abusers’ and ‘molesters,’ which led me to never trust God fully. Coming to IHOP Atlanta awakened me to God’s love! Since coming to the Awakening services, I have stopped using anti-depressant medication and have never felt happier or more complete in my life. I feel the Holy Spirit within me and I don’t think about suicide anymore. I’m now aware that God loves me! Praise God, I am finally walking in freedom! –Helen
Physical Healing: Severe Anemia, 8/20/10
I have had severe anemia from a uterine polyp for the six months to a year. I have dealt with anemia to some extend for most of my life. During the Awakening Service, a word of knowledge was given about God healing blood disorders. I received prayer. I had previously been healed of the uterine polyp and I believed God had touched me and healed me of the anemia as well. When I went to my doctor for a checkup, he said I was completely fine. When God heals, He heals completely! –Michele
Physical Healing: Migraines, 8/20/10
I have suffered from severe migraines since 1995. I have been under the care of neurologists and on different medications for this for years. I have had CT scans and MRIs. A word of knowledge was given during the Awakening Service about pressure and pain on the left side of the eye. I was experiencing pain in that exact location as wells as the base of my brain. I went up for prayer and the power of the Holy Spirit fell on me. The pain I was experiencing was gone instantly. –Monica
Physical Healing: Hernia, 8/20/10
I have had a hernia and dull pain in my stomach for a couple of months now. A word of knowledge was given during the Awakening Service last weekend about God healing hernias. As the night went by the hernia began to gradually go away. The next day, I noticed it was completely gone and I didn’t have any pain in my stomach. –Natasha
Physical Healing: Jaw, 8/20/10
For over a year now, my jaw would pop whenever I opened and closed my mouth. Someone prayed for me during the Awakening Service tonight. They then asked me to share what God was doing in my life. As I shared what He was doing, my jaw was completely healed! –Savannah
