Met Jesus after ‘flat-lining’

I just have to tell you about this young man we met!
Jordon graduated from highschool with Barak…party guy, no interest in God, etc.
Has a baby with his live in ‘fiancé’…he’s only 20 years old
Was working on the rigs in Edmonton and his family was here so he travelled back and forth
On December 22, in his room on the rigs; has a heart attack and dies…now, who knows what really happened here but he remembers his heart seizing up, falling to the ground in his room and ‘flat-lining’ as he calls it
‘The most beautiful man he’s ever met’ comes to him…introduces himself as Jesus and begins prophesying to Jordon about his own life of sin and then begins calling Jordon into his own call….to call people back to Jesus and the church.
Jordon knew there was a ‘God’ but never knew anything about Jesus
Jesus starts telling him about how he’s calling people back into the church and into the family of God and that he wants Jordon to speak everything he has heard.
Jordon ‘wakes up’ and writes it all down….calls his fiancé and says, ‘you know all those crazy Jesus freak people? They’re right!’
Quits his job and comes home to Kelowna where his fiancé and son are living
During the last month God continues to give him dreams, opening up the spiritual world to him…and teaching Jordon about Himself
Last week Jesus came to him in another dream and told him to go to this church and tell everyone that Jesus is calling people back to the church.
He described the building to his fiancé and she said that it must be Newlife Church here in Kelowna, BC, Canada.
So, they showed up today and it looked just like he had dreamt…and then Pat preached…and Jordon said that Pat was speaking the same things about the church that Jesus had told him in his vision.
Then we had this ‘love tunnel’ today…so they went through it…and Jamie ends up prophesying all these things over him…and again…all this stuff that Jesus had spoken to him about His call on Jordon’s life
Barak and Jordon ran into each other, started talking and so Barak invited them for lunch and we had 2 hours of them telling their stories and their crazy excitement, freshness! Then they started asking some questions about the things they’ve been reading like, ‘what does it mean when it says in Genesis, ‘there will be enmity…and then the seed will crush him’…and just this great interest in the bible.

This is what God is doing…He’s calling men Himself! He not waiting for us to do the right thing. How awesome is this! How awesome is this God that we worship!!

A Testimony about Sergeant Sam Nichols USMC

In late July of 2007, I stood by the bed of my dear nephew Sam Nichols, the marine sergeant who was hit by a bomb in Iraq.  4 of his men died in the blast, they were in 3 vehicles that were hit. My family’s prayers had been heard, to spare him on his 2nd tour to Iraq.  But it was not good.  I cried as I looked at him.  I was painfully aware that he took this hit for the rest of us.  Sam was brain dead, on life support, lying at Bethesda Naval Hospital in Maryland, the same place they rushed Ronald Reagan to when he received an assassin’s bullet.  Sam was a gruesome sight, he had huge chunks of flesh missing, he was swollen, he had tubes everywhere, his neck was broken, his leg was broken, his arm was broken, his brain was hopelessly injured and filled with blood and swelling.  His body was full of shrapnel. But what really gave the doctors no hope was his brain stem which was all bled out, was totally bruised, and much like mush.  I had flown back to Maryland to be with my brother Eric and to pray.  He and his family were very beat down by this horrendous circumstance.  Two naval officers, also neural-surgeons, sat us down and told us it was hopeless.  They said he was brain dead, and met all the Harvard Medical School qualifications for brain death.  1)  Eyes don’t track, also called doll eyes, 2) eyes don’t respond to light,   3) Pupils totally unresponsive.  (There are 7 other points but Sam met them all.)  The two doctors showed us a cat scan and pointed out why they had no hope, and they told me, my brother Eric and Erin, Sam’s young wife, he was gone and we must face it.  My brother asked them how many cases they have seen like Sam’s. They said 450. My brother asked them how many woke or survived.  They said none.  According to the doctors, Sam was in a coma which he would never wake up from.
This was huge, and a tough pill to swallow, but how huge is our God, and just Who and What is this person called the Holy Spirit like who we all have living in us?  I want to boast on Him!  We asked the two doctors if we could discuss it alone, Eric, Erin, and I.  They left, with faces like morticians, and expected an answer from us of caving in.  As soon as the door closed behind them, I plopped down by Erin, and said, “are you ready to receive Christ?”  She said “yes,” and the Holy Spirit raised the first dead person in this story.  We called the doctors in and said, we are people of faith, and we will not give up, we are going to pray and trust God.  They actually tried to talk us out of it.  But the Holy Spirit had a plan and a path for us to walk, and the unfolding had already begun.  A few days later, Erin, who was hungry for God, received the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Back at the hotel room, I put in a call to a mentor of mine, Dave Duell, a world evangelist and apostle of God.  I do not know how I had his cell phone number.  I had never called him before.  In 15 minutes, Dave called me back from Hungary, where it was 7:00 PM in the evening, and he was about to start a miracle crusade.  Dave listened to the story, and the odds against us, and then he said the words that to this day echo in my mind, and are still being said by thousands today who pray for Sam.   He said, “brother, faith overrules fact.”  He said it again. Then he said, “you go raise him up, you have everything you need to do it.”  I was so thankful to hear from Dave Duell, the Holy Spirit was at work, and Dave’s call was part of it.  We began a vigil at Sam’s side, and Sam’s new believer wife, Erin, was the most diligent of all.  I stayed 11 days, and finally flew home, but in those 11 days, I was able to highly disciple this little niece of mine, Erin.  I call her little, since she is maybe 5’2”, but her spirit inside is tall.  What a man of faith my brother Eric turned into over night.  He had not been following God very long when this happened.  The Holy Spirit is awesome, He caused me to have a cell phone number to connect with a man from Colorado who called us from Hungary and gave us a preceding Word to stand on!  The Holy Spirit was also about to walk us and a host of people through the fire with tempering flames, with great faith on the other side.
Sam had some near misses in those first few days. A day or so after Dave’s call, and our stand of faith, Satan tried to take Sam. We got summoned to him by an early morning call, and it was now his heart.  The assistant Commandant of the Marines was coming, they wanted to impart a purple heart before Sam passed away. We got there and they had a chaplain, ready to comfort the grieving wife, and several officers had been called in.  My brother and Erin and I looked at the monitor, and Sam’s heart was beating way above normal blood pressure.  A team of doctors and nurses were all around him.  They said this was normal right before the end.  Erin and I, right in front of everyone, laid our hands on Sam’s heart and commanded healing in Jesus’ name, and it slowed down as we watched the monitor.  Sam was better on this issue within a few hours.  A few days later, they said they needed to amputate Sam’s right leg. It was severely broken and shattered right at the shin, with bone and skin missing.  Erin signed a permission form for this to be done, but it did not set right with me at all.   A prayer warrior in our family, my sister or wife or someone, got a scripture about this and fed it to us by cell phone.  “For the Lord will be your confidence and will keep thy foot from being taken.”  Proverbs 3:26! Eric and I went to Erin and gave her this word, and then I said to Erin, “according to Paul in 1 Corinthians 7, the husband has not power over his own body but the wife.  Plus, you two are one flesh.  So if you have power over Sam’s body and you are one with him, then that leg belongs to you, and you need to hold onto to your leg by faith and claim that leg as healed.”  Erin did this, and after signing an amputation permission form the day before, Erin received her leg (Sam’s) the next day by doctors deciding not to amputate. We never told them of our prayer and stand of faith for the leg.  They had their permission form, only God could have stopped them.  The Holy Spirit would not turn over that leg.  Praise Him!
The Holy Spirit had caused our prayer team from back home to give forth a Word with a miracle in it for that leg.  When I finally flew home, Sam had not awoke or risen, but in those days before I left, what a fight of faith we had to fight.  Eric and I would walk back and forth on the Naval base from our quarter’s to the hospital in high humidity and heat, and when we got there, the doctors would release another attack against ours and Erin’s faith.  They kept sending more doctors to state the facts, and bigger doctors, I mean a doctor who was 6 ft 5 inches came in and told us it was not going to happen.   They gave us wave after wave of fear and negativity, and we were weary, but the whole country of believers seemed to be networked in prayer over Sam.  We could feel the anointing in the air.  My sister Jan called me and said that we reminded her of Moses and Aaron, (my brother and I) walking back and forth between the Lord and Pharaoh many times.  She said that each time you go back you grow stronger with more resolve.  That was so true.  Although it is true we had some victories, we had no visible sign or any physical encouragement in the natural realm of any kind that Sam would wake up from brain death.  We had to base our stand and reputation on the Word of God alone.  What a lesson I learned in that trial by fire, of listening to the voice of the Holy Spirit. My brother feels the same way.
But now I have come to the whole point of my story.  We needed faith in this trial, and although we won some physical victories, it was all for naught if he was only being sustained by life support. One day, as we saw no change in Sam or his coma, Eric and I were interceding in our room, and the precious Holy Spirit spoke to me.
Back to Sam:  My brother got this following understanding from God before we left Maryland.  We did not see him awake then, but Eric said that God no doubt had Sam in an anesthetic coma for his own good, to stay off pain, and in a sense, our prayers were being answered, God’s way.  Oh, by the way, let me get to the end of the story.  In several weeks, Sam awoke. Countless people got saved in the process.  Many soldiers got healed back there in Bethesda.  Erin got to minister to many families.  One soldier had leukemia and just a few days to live.  Erin prayed with the family and the young man had a drastic turn around.  Sam’s cup ran over.  The grace could not be contained. Little Erin, the feisty believing wife got her hubby back, and the precious Holy Spirit literally manifested this scripture on the earth once more:  “by faith….. Women received their dead raised to life again.”  Hebrews 11:3a and 35a.  Sam not only awoke, but He knows the Lord.  He is double raised from death.  This couple is destined to be in some form of the ministry, and Sam is a miracle and example to many TBI patients.  (Traumatic Brain Injury)  Sam is now in the Bay area of California and undergoing rehabilitation and making gains daily with his wife Erin at his side.  When you think of it, pray for this couple that God has His will with all the restoration needed.  They have come so far.  Erin and Sam are still fighting battles, but failure to go all the way is not even an option for them, or the rest of us.
Sam Nichols’ story is one like so many others, a tapestry of the work of the Holy Spirit of God, based on the Cross of Christ. You have all of God’s power if you have received His Holy Spirit. Paul indicated in Ephesians 5:18 that we must be filled continually with the Holy Sprit which means we leak Him out, and must be refilled.  That first time we received Him, we received the power, the fullness of the Holy Spirit, and faith for a new “wine skin” of capacity to hold Him within us, and be refilled any time we desire Him and seek His presence.  Bless His name forever!   Mark 16 tells us what Jesus expected us to do once we were filled with the Holy Spirit:  We would be going into all the world, preaching the gospel, casting out devils, speaking with new tongues and healing the sick, like Sam Nichols.  Jesus also said if you are going to go, get filled first.  Imagine a knight going out to battle without his armor.  Imagine a fisherman going out without his pole. Imagine a preacher going out without his Bible.  But the biggest advice Jesus ever gave anyone was, don’t go out without the Holy Spirit.  Don’t start anything, don’t say a word, don’t pray a prayer, don’t minister to anyone, just wait, and be still, and be filled.  Jesus knew this and He walked it out Himself.  The carpenter stayed a carpenter until He was filled and then He became a preacher.  OK, you got it too?  Now you have the power.  Now go!

Appointment with Death Cancelled

George Abbott woke up one morning with severe stomach pain.

“I thought maybe it would go away, but it didn’t go away,” George said.

“I asked him, you know, ‘well, what’s wrong?’ his wife, Cheryl remembered. “And he said he was in such pain that he couldn’t stand it. And for him to say that I know that it’s very bad”

Cheryl rushed her husband to a nearby hospital.

“Well, they found gallbladder cancer,” George said. “This is a very rare form of cancer.”

Doctors performed emergency surgery to remove the cancerous gall bladder; but there was more bad news.

“When they did the surgery, the cancer had gone down into the liver bed,” George said. “And that, as you well know, basically the prognosis is that you’re not going to live very long.”

Their family doctor, Dr. McQueen, who is also their friend, feared the worst.

“His prognosis was poor,” Dr. McQueen said. “With the stage of the cancer being advanced, once it had metastasized to another organ, he is classified as advanced stage carcinoma. For George, his treatment options were limited. Not only were those options limited, the ones that were available to him, in many cases, will take your life.”

Facing almost certain death, George got a second opinion.

“Same diagnosis, same prognosis,” George said. “The only difference was that this doctor was a little more positive and he said to me, ‘we’re going to operate.’”

“He also said, ‘okay, this is in the upper part of the liver; but if I open him up and I find any cancer anywhere else in the liver, I’m just going to close him back up because then there’ll be nothing we can do,’” Cheryl said. “I just thought, ‘I cannot lose my husband.’”

At the surgeon’s recommendation, George did not undergo chemotherapy or take any medication before surgery. Ultimately, he knew his fate was in God’s hands.

“I know that God heals,” George said. “But I’m also a realist and I know that the Bible says, ‘it’s appointed once to die, and then the judgment.’ So, I was ready to accept this – that if this is the time that God wanted to take me home, I was ready for that.”

As the surgery date approached, Cheryl prayed for God’s help.

“Our church got together and had a prayer meeting and one of the ladies in the church or maybe more than one, called The 700 Club and asked for prayer for George,” Cheryl said.

As surgeons performed the procedure, Cheryl got a phone call.

“I got off the phone and I just started crying. ‘The doctor said that his liver is perfectly normal; that there was no sign of cancer whatsoever.’ So we were just hugging each other and crying,” she said.

“The doctor said it looked like a normal, healthy liver. God had taken [the cancer], and I don’t know how He did it. I don’t know whether He just made the cancer go away. I don’t know if He gave me a new liver. It doesn’t matter to me. All I know is God is a God of miracles and he healed me,” George said.

“They believe in prayer and they trust in the sovereignty of God,” Dr. McQueen said. “There is no medical treatment or explanation for that type of result – absolutely miraculous!”

For the past two years, routine tests have shown the same result – no cancer!

“God really did heal,” Cheryl said. “I mean, when God does something, He does it right.”

“Some people today say, ‘well, miracles went out with the apostles.’ Well, I’m here to tell you that miracles did not go out with the apostles, that God is a God of miracles and He is a healer today,” George said. “He gave me a miracle – the miracle of life.”

Raised from the dead in Kamloops

Not actual gurney :)

I just heard this testimony from a friend. His friend, an old evangelist (who lives in Vernon, BC, Canada), was asked by the family of a sick lady to go and pray for said lady who was in a hospital in Kamloops (About 2hrs away). When he finally arrived she was already dead. He thought, “Well I might as well pray for her since I drove all the way here!” He prayed for her and she came back to life. It was marvelous, but kind of embarrassing for the lady cause she wasn’t clothed and was only covered in a sheet. Praise God the for this miracle!

Girl resurrected in Romania

A Romanian brother that has visited our church (Uppsala Mosaik, Sweden) from time to time told us last sunday (12/12 2010) that great miracles are happening in his homeland. About fourteen years ago, a Christian named Vervelas was expecting his fifth child. He and his wife had only doughters then, and he told her that he really wanted a boy. But when they went to check at the hospital, it turned out to be a girl. Vervelas cried out to God: ”Lord, make it a boy!” But God answered him: “She is My gift to you. Recieve My gift.”

When the girl was born she looked like an angel. She had blond hair, blue eyes and bright red lips – not so ususal in Romania. Vervelas loved her so much and thanked God for her. God told him in a vision that her name should be ”Promise”.

When she was twelve years old, in spring of 2009, she got very sick. They took her to a hospital and when she had been there for a while, the doctors told her parents something devastating: she was going to day in just a couple of days. Vervelas refused to accept it. ”She is God’s promise to me, and she will die when she is old or when God wants to take her!” He and his wife prayed constantly for three days. They did not eat nor drink, they just prayed. God spoke to Vervelas and said ”Now you want her? She was my gift to you, and now I take my gift back. You did not accept my gift, you wanted a son instead.” Vervelas cried out, desperately: ”I don’t want a son! I just want my daughter to be alive!” God answered: ”She will live.” God had tested his faith and taught him to love his neighbours and recieve the gifts of God with joy.

After this, one of the doctors called and said that the girl had passed away. ”That’s impossible!” Vervelas cried. Totally crushed and confused, since God had said to him that she would live, he and his wife went to the hospital.

One of the doctors immediately fell down on his knees and cried out ”What god is it that you have?! I want to know that god!”

When they arrived, they laid their hands on the dead body and prayed that she would come back to life. The physicians were convinced that Vervelas was mad and told him to stop doing that, since they soon would take the body to the crematorium. But he and his wife continued to pray. And suddenly, the girl opened her eyes. One of the doctors immediately fell down on his knees and cried out ”What god is it that you have?! I want to know that god!” The doctors became Christians and Vervelas is today travelling around in Europe, testifying of this fantastic miracle.

Raising the dead…

Randy teaches and testifies about raising the dead. He talks about how simple it is and how it is simply part of sharing the good news and is evidence of God’s power. He talks about how it doesn’t take ‘hyper-faith’ to raise the dead. He shares personal stories one of which includes raising a lady from the dead who had rigor mortis set in. Wow!

How to raise the dead – Surprize Sithole

Surprize Sithole shares a dramatic & funny story of the first time God used Him to raise the dead!

When I was in Africa I got a chance to preach in His church, it was a huge honor and I thought it was pretty funny for me to be teaching about healing in the church where the pastor had raised so many from the dead. I was blessed that God did perform many miracles, at least I think He did cause the place came alive as people came up and shared testimonies of their healings in their own language. Fun times.

Incredible: Gore with his parents Dave and Amy. The family were convinced they had lost their youngest son after doctors told them he had a 1 per cent chance of regaining brain function

Toddler returns to life!

Incredible: Gore with his parents Dave and Amy. The family were convinced they had lost their youngest son after doctors told them he had a 1 per cent chance of regaining brain function

When her two-year-old was found face-down underwater, Gore Otteson’s mother was convinced he would die. He had been submerged for 25 minutes and although family members and doctors tried to resuscitate the child, she was told his chance of survival was less than 1 per cent. Astonishingly, although the toddler’s heart stopped beating for almost an hour, he has not only survived, but been given a clean bill of health. Doctors say a reflex which allows mammals such as seals and dolphins to stay underwater for a long time, helped him live. Cold water causes the body’s heart rate to slow, especially in children, creating a kind of hibernation. Dr Roger Sherman, the emergency doctor who treated him, said: ‘It’s a fascinating thing that happened.’ The valley where the drama unfolded, in Gunnison, Colorado, is one of the coldest places in the U.S. Temperatures dip to 2C at night, even in summer. The average temperature of the Gunnison River is between 2C and 8C. Gore had been at the family’s holiday home in the Rocky Mountains when disaster struck. His mother Amy, 38, was getting her two older children, daughter Ryan, five, and son Kirk, four, out of the bath before dinner. Her husband Dave, 41, had returned to work in Denver that day, but she had stayed at the cabin, which has belonged to her family since 1980. But while she was occupied with the other children, Gore slipped out of the back door. When she realised he had vanished, his mother began calling him and soon 20 family members, who were staying in cabins nearby, joined the search.

David spotted Gore’s body trapped under a log in the fast-flowing irrigation ditch…

But 20 minutes passed before her cousin David spotted Gore’s body trapped under a log in the fast-flowing irrigation ditch 350ft from the cabin near the river.

Mrs Otteson’s father Kirk, a retired orthopaedic surgeon, and her cousins Suzanne, a nurse, and Don, immediately began CPR. It is thought these efforts were vital in ensuring his survival. Once paramedics arrived, he was airlifted to Children’s Hospital, in Denver, where his heart was restarted. His mother said: ‘When he went missing I knew it was going to be bad because of how long we’d looked. I remember my dad handing Gore to the paramedic and they put him into the back. When I got to the hospital I kept asking people what was going on. Suddenly, they came in and told me they got his heart started. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.’

But that wasn’t the end of the ordeal. When doctors revived Gore, it was feared he was brain- dead. Then a nurse noticed his arm move and doctors decided to try a controversial hypothermic treatment. This involved cooling his body to 90f (32c) for 48 hours, minimising his brain activity. When Gore’s temperature was raised, he woke up. The next day, he signalled he was hungry. His mother said: ‘We know God was there that day. ’Gore wouldn’t be here today if he wasn’t.’

Testimonies from Global Legacy Video Conference

Amelia Gaillard: The mother-in-law of a friend here in Jacksonville was in Intensive Care with days to live. Her son was getting married in three days in Montreal. We prayed, and she was at his wedding last Saturday.

Greg Baier: We had a guy clinically die twice from rattler bites and was on dialysis and comatose, but we prayed for about 3 weeks, God healed him, and he’s alive and kicking now!

Greg Baier: Also had a guy delivered from years of alcoholism instantly on a random prayer night. He says his life has totally changed.

Tim Hacker: A little girl in the church was diagnosed with a muscle problem in her eyes. One doctor was saying to operate immediately. One said to wait. Both said that her eyes would never be right. The parents placed the bread on her eyes during communion on a Sunday in one of our services and believed for healing. The next week a surgeon the family was referred to saw the child. He simply asked why they were there because the little girl was now completely normal.

Darren Palmer: We had a lady who ”couldn’t afford it” start tithing four weeks ago. The heavens opened up on her. God’s presence is invading her in her home. A $400 tooth repair job was healed and confirmed by x-rays, saving her all that money. PTL

Gisele Walker: I prayed for a woman a week ago Friday night. She was tormented with sciatia. She was completely healed and jumping and praising God, saying over and over, ”I knew He would, I knew He would.”

Holly McWhinnie: Called my daughter last week in Chicago to see if she had found a job yet. Got a word of knowledge that God was healing an ulcer. She said. “Mom, how did you know?” Also walked into place of business and hired on the spot.

A.W. Jones: I was in Puebla, Mexico, in a meeting. I felt that we really needed to pray over the children and the youth. We prayed over the children and then released them to pray for the rest of the church. It was so cool: two girls about 8-years-old were laying hands on people. They would lay hands on them and say in a sing song voice Gozo! Fuego! Which translates Joy! Fire! and the people would fall in a heap under the power of God! Amazing!! Great joy was released over the church. We are seeing people healed and delivered in almost every meeting. God is good.

David D’Louhy: A woman was going in for surgery to have cancer removed last Thursday. She was expected to be out all month. Yesterday her co-worker went to check with her substitute teacher to see how the surgery went but was surprised to see that the teacher was there because she was feeling so great that she didn’t need to take time off!

Stan Tyra: A new man in our church who didn’t really believe in divine healing was healed just by being in the room. His legs were really blown off in Vietnam and had been put back together with pins, rods and screws. He went for his yearly CDL License physical and his annual Veteran’s exam and there were no sign of any rods, screws or anything. Totally gone!!

Dennis Strittmatter: Hey Chris, greetings from Switzerland! We were just watching a DVD from when Bill was in Germany in April and shared a testimony of a guy’s leg grow out where the thigh bone was 5 cm shorter than the other. A guy watching with us had the same thing, with a 3 cm difference. His leg grew out, too! His theology was stretched as well, and he is now a believer.

Nigel Desmond: We just had a glorious week here in East London, South Africa (the city of revival). We had a team of King’s Kids International out from Toulouse, France, who had heard what God was doing here, so they came to drink from our well. We had a week of soaking, teaching impartation and fire, in which they got totally rocked, with personal encounters and joy, and experienced His presence and love in a glorious new way. As part of the week, I had my 12-year-old daughter share of her experience at Bethel going to heaven and the impact on her life. Then she took them. Tears flowed as they related their encounters with God. Now they have gone back to France, and we are already hearing testimonies of the same fire falling in their cities in France. World revival is here! Feel it, feed it live it!!!

David D’Louhy: Sunday night we had two people have their ribs go back into place just by testing it out. Another person’s collarbone shifted. Shoulders, hips, backs, arms, nerve problems, esophagus problems, jaws, and more. We spent an hour calling out words of knowledge and ministering to the sick before finally getting to the message, which was on demonstrating the power of God.

Kelly Joy: Sorry that wasn’t finished. In June, Joaquin Evans came to France with a Gateways Beyond team. He was present at a lady’s church. That lady’s son has signed up to go to the BSSM this year, and his family did not want him to go. When his mom went to the meeting, she got healed in her back and now is so on-fire for the Lord and so excited that her son will be coming to Bethel this year. The fire has started in France, Joaquin. Thanks for coming!!

Darren Palmer: Another woman in our church had MS and was wheelchair bound for 7 years. She was touched two weeks ago in a service, got up, and started pushing others around in her wheelchair! Her legs are still a bit weak, but functioning well. Her family is astounded at what the Lord has done!

David D’Louhy: We took a team to Rhode Island with Kevin Dedmon a few weeks ago. Arches formed, completely deaf ears opened, a completely blind eye began to see, fractured bones healed, legs grew out when children prayed, 30-year-old injuries were healed. One team member had a vision of a cast on the hand. She sees a man at a citywide party with a cast on who had just finished drinking his beer. He got totally healed!

Pete Sharp: We had a guy come for prayer. He has something wrong in his nose and a spot forming on his skin. He felt nothing and went on his way. A couple of weeks later, we were praying for his wife, who told us all the spots had left him and he was healed from cancer! (Dunedin Healing Rooms, NZ)

Rebecca Horstkoetter: I had a bump on my lip from a dog jumping up and hitting my lip hard. It was there for a year. It’s gone!

Gisele Walker: I have been sharing testimonies as I pray for people. I can see them physically stand straighter and their faith just rises immediately as I have done that. The power of thanksgiving for what God has done, and not focusing on what is still left to be healed. It has been powerful to see their faith rise in front of me.

Nigel Desmond: My associate pastor, Corne, has started ministering at a bus stop near his house to domestic workers. It has become a regular monthly event now, and people are bringing their friends to get prayer for different needs. They have seen incredible healings (almost everything they have prayed for has been healed). One elderly lady shared how she had a problem with her hip for years. After they prayed for her, nothing happened, but a few days later she woke up in the morning feeling someone’s hand on her hip. She opened her eyes and saw a man putting his hand on her, and then he disappeared in front of her eyes. She came back and testified that not only was she completely healed, but her whole life has turned around. She is full of joy, her finances turned around, etc. Whoo-hoo.

Phil/Pat Edwards: On the street, we picked up two street persons and took them to dinner. One had a huge lump on his jaw. We prayed for their salvation, their future, and healing for him. We saw them yesterday, and the lump on his jaw is gone.

Gisele Walker: An 89-year-old friend back in Vermont has liver cancer in her hip. She was in a lot of pain when I talked to her by phone. I had her lay hands on her own hip. The pain was not gone, but I encouraged her to lay hands on herself every day. She told me in two weeks the pain is 90% gone. Praise God!

Pete Sharp: I prayed for a university student who got radically healed from a back condition. She felt God move down her back as she was healed. We then got her to pray for her friend, who had a leg grow out in seconds. She got wacked and is now chasing a Kingdom lifestyle. I found out she had been saved for a year and knew God could heal, but now she knows!

Ken Smith: My wife was diagnosed with MS in 1997. We persisted in prayer, giving her ”prayer treatments” until every symptom was healed. To this day, we pray when a symptom tries to come back, binding the enemy. Every time, the symptom goes and she is totally healed: paralysis gone; weakness leaves, etc. It has been very dramatic! We have to ”secure the healing.”

John France: I was listening to a DVD of Joaquin, and my knee was healed. Some time later my pharmacist was in a cast with a broken finger. I shared my testimony and prayed for her finger to be healed. The cast kept us from checking it since she was at work, but she said, ”I don’t know about my finger, but my headache’s gone.” When she got home and could check it, her finger was completely healed. Bill Johnson says, “Testimony in the Greek or Hebrew means ‘do it again.’”

Leslie Juckem: I took in a puppy that the vet said was totally deaf. The vet said that she had no bones in her ears. I named her Hoshanna (Hosanna) and began to lay my hands on her and pray for healing of her deafness as I was an interim home, and I had to find a permanent home for her. I found her a home as a deaf dog and their vet also confirmed her disorder. She now hears. The vet can’t understand it. So if we are like the woman who agreed to the scarps for the dogs from the Lord, we are in good shape!

David D’Louhy: Gisele, we had a lady testify of laying hands on her knees and back this week and being healed. So great!

Rebecca Horstkoetter: My sister-in-law had been given two diagnoses of legal blindness and was close to a third. The first two were for clarity of vision and sensitivity to light. The third issue was glaucoma. Her vision had been restricted to 27 degrees. The Lord restored her sight and physical mobility so that her eye doctor has signed documents saying her sight is good enough for her to drive a car!!! And she no longer needs a walker!!!

David D’Louhy: One week I was so drunk that when I finally went to pray for someone I read that he had 4th stage cancer and then I told him God was going to heal him. Five minutes later he was healed. I was so drunk that I could barely stand up straight and 95% of my prayer was laughing.

Man Wakes Up During His Own Autopsy

A Venezuelan man who had been declared dead woke up in the morgue in excruciating pain after medical examiners began an autopsy.

Carlos Camejo, 33, was declared dead after a highway accident and taken to the morgue, where examiners began an autopsy only to realize something was amiss when he started bleeding. They quickly sought to stitch up the incision on his face.

“I woke up because the pain was unbearable,” Camejo said, according to a report on Friday in leading local newspaper El Universal.

His grieving wife turned up at the morgue to identify her husband’s body only to find him moved into a corridor – and alive.

Hospital officials could not be reached to confirm the events. But Camejo showed off his facial scar and a document ordering the autopsy.

Woman Raised from the dead on the road.

Jon was driving on the freeway on Father’s Day with his cousin from Chicago, who had prayed the night before that God would use him. They were driving to Jon’s church on Sunday morning. There was a lot of traffic, and he saw two policemen zoom by on his right. There was a big accident. One car was on fire on the shoulder, its front smashed in. The other car also had a smashed front. Two guys were giving CPR to a woman on the ground, her boyfriend and someone else. The cops were already there, but the paramedics weren’t there yet. Jon and his cousin somehow were able to lay hands on her. As Jon was taking her pulse, she died in front of him. So he and his cousin started praying in tongues. Jon saw her spirit and an angel and demon fighting over it. God showed him that her soul was on the line, so Jon was contending for her. Twenty minutes later, she was alive! The policemen kept trying to get him to move away, but he wouldn’t. He kept contending for her soul.

After, the boyfriend hugged them and said, “God is so good.” He gave them his phone number. Her family are all going to go back to church now.

She had broken her C2 vertebra. She’s in the hospital now, so they went to see her. They say sang over her “God heals me, too” to the tune of “God is So Good.”

A Child Raised from the Dead

During a Jesus Culture conference in Cleveland, on Saturday they did treasure hunts. One lady went back to her hotel after and went to the pool. An African American family was celebrating a birthday party at the swimming pool. She swam around a little with them, and then she went to get ready for the evening meeting. As she was getting ready to walk out the door, she heard a woman scream from the pool, “Someone call 911! The baby just drowned!” She ran outside and put her hand on the three-year-old, who was all limp and lifeless and said, “In the name of Jesus, I command life to come back into this boy,” and his chest started rippling, and he came back to life. The next morning someone said she could hear a one-sided phone conversation of the child’s grandma. She heard her say, “No, he was dead and all rubbery. CPR wasn’t working.” Then she said, “I don’t know. Just some little white girl flew in from nowhere.”

Dead Raisers In The U.K.

A few day ago, I (Tyler) arrived back from speaking at a conference in Bristol, UK. Many people were raised up to pray for resurrection. The UK just became a much safer place.

The people of the UK are of a dignified sort. You can feel royalty in the air. This is a beautiful thing, but the downside to being “dignified” is that when it is time to get free in the spirit, the “dignified” generally miss out on what the Sprit is doing. In the wake of the misled practices of Catholicism, I had been taught that Europe was some of the hardest soil to sow into in the world. Unlike King David’s undignified dancing before the Lord, I always believed that the UK was religiously dry, easily offended, and generally unhappy.

I was wrong.

The UK is hungry for Jesus, and because there were people from all over Europe at this conference, it is safe to assume that Europe in general is as well. They were exceptionally hungry, especially joyful, and extremely receptive. Desperation leads to manifestation. When Revelation or the Presence of God would become manifest, these people drank it up like a spring of water in the desert. The leadership for the conference were equally as amazing, spiritual healthy and keen, full of joy, lacking the fear of man, administratively astute, and all around enjoyable. They became friends in that short time, which doesn’t happen often when I travel. I miss them already.

I spoke on dead raising, and gave away some of the more challenging teaching that the Lord has given to me. I was surprised to see them receive it so well, despite the controversial subject matter. At the end of the second session, I asked those to stand that wanted to dedicate themselves before the Lord to praying to raise the dead. About 90% of the room stood up. I was very happy about that.

A young man approached me after speaking and told me that he thought I was bonkers when I started speaking. He got up to leave but couldn’t leave his seat. He was physically unable to unglue himself from his seat. Realizing that God was keeping him in his seat, he opened his ears to hear the Lord’s voice, which told him, “Listen to this man.” This young man ended up receiving the revelation being imparted, and was very excited at the end. We don’t need to worry about how man will receive our message if we are speaking God’s words. God can just glue someone to their seat and force them to hear us!

Bill was amazing, as usual. Many people were physically healed as he spoke, and hearts were taught and encouraged.

Later, as teams went out on the street to do prophetic evangelism and the sort, something culminated in the Spirit, and an outbreak took place in the downtown area of Bristol. I wasn’t there to see it, but I heard that hundreds of people were gathered around a few of the revivalists from the conference…giving out words of knowledge for healing, seeing people healed, people giving themselves to Jesus, even baptisms in the nearby fountain. If you have read our book, it sounded a lot like the “Parking Lot Revival” recounting. Amazing.

Worldwide, we have found that people are SICK of religion, but utterly desperate for a real encounter with Jesus. If we are faithful to steer away from the former and produce the latter, we will become deep wells of living water for others to drink from.

Check out our podcasts and messages under our “goods” portion of our website. We try to make free resources available often.

Blissings on you guys, keep drinking deeply of the intoxicating love of Jesus.

Fourth Person Raised From the Dead

Hello! Here is a quick update to boost your faith and encourage you.

It has been a fun week. Our Atlanta Dead Raising Team raised the dead last week, which makes that the forth person to be raised from the dead since the DRT began in 2007. Cait was in a restaurant when a woman choked. CPR wasn’t working, she turned purple, and the heartbeat was lost. The woman died. CPR wasn’t working to get the air circulating through her blood because air wasn’t getting into the lungs because of the blockage in her windpipe. When everyone had started to give up, Cait stepped up, declared that the woman’s life was not over, and started declaring over her body, “LIFE, LIFE, LIFE, IN JESUS NAME!” Suddenly, from a state of dead, the woman started breathing, though the blockage of food was never removed. The woman was raised to life right there in the restaurant, with many watching. Glory to God.

Life is fun. When we have faith, everything is possible, and nothing becomes out of reach or impossible. I prayed for a pastor a short while ago that had major pain in his hips because they were misaligned. One leg was an inch shorter than the other. Instead of praying for his leg to grow out, I prayed over his hips. Once we were done praying, I sat the pastor down and looked at his legs. They were suddenly the same length, and the pain had completely left. Astounded and surprised, the pastor left excited about Jesus.

Walmart is looking into our book, our local newspaper wants to interview us before our book signing, and our family is healthy and full of life. Life is good. In the midst of economic downturn, we are encouraged by the Lord.

We love you guys,

Tyler J.

Trip To Haiti

Hello!

We arrived back from Haiti Wednesday night, and after a total of eighty hours of traveling in eight days, we were glad to be back! With most of our trip planned at the last minute or on the spot, without a guide, and without the ability to speak the language, it made for quite an adventure. We had to get from Santo Domingo in Dominican Republic, to a town in Haiti near Port Au Prince. Though we were warned more than once of the danger of this undertaking, we had to go! People needed help; they needed Jesus! Amazingly, we got to the chaotic boarder, met up with a man named Caleb Lucien who is a pastor in Haiti doing relief work across the country, and he took us to his town called Pignon.
Our eight days away were full of traveling, the distribution of supplies (food, water, tents, and medicine), as well as praying for people in the hospital in Pignon. With the destruction of Port Au Prince, many people have fled the city and taken refuge more rural areas. Thus, the hospital in Pignon was full of patients that had been in the earthquake. The grief and shock that the people were under was tremendous, so we would usher in the presence and peace of God as we prayed for healing and restoration. Just about every Haitian person we talked to had either lost at least one member of their family, if not their entire family. We would listen to story after story from brokenhearted people of the loss they had experienced.
For those of you that gave to this trip, your financial contribution went to a host of different things via Caleb: food, water, shelter provisions, flashlights, medical supplies, etc. Caleb is shipping truckload after truckload of supplies into various areas in Haiti, and though your money didn’t buy all of those supplies, it did contribute to it! Our team unloaded around 12 airplane loads of food and medical supplies in the short time we were there, and that is in addition to the supplies that are being trucked over from Dominican Republic to Pignon for distribution.
We made a trip to Port Au Prince and saw some of the destruction of the city. By the time we got there the dead bodies were already cleaned up, Praise God. Though Christine and I have been in many third world countries, we saw destruction and sadness that we have never encountered before.
God is not responsible for this mess; the enemy is. Our theology must begin to match our confession of, “God is good”. Why, if God caused the earthquake to happen, would a believer go about helping the situation improve and thus work in contradiction to His will? The same illogical, religious thought process is used when a person believes that it is God’s will for them to be ill. If God gave you that sickness or physical problem, why do you go to a doctor to get rid of it? Likewise, if you believe God brought about this earthquake, why would you want to work against God by helping to improve Haiti’s situation? Why would you feel grief, compassion, and love for Haiti if you think that God did it? If God did caused the earthquake, you should rejoice with each story of destruction, disease, and death that you hear about because then, and only then, would you be in-line with God’s will. But you don’t rejoice with the testimonies of death and loss. Instead, you feel the sadness and weight of the situation. You feel the awe of destruction. Why? Because your heart knows better than your theology, and even when the mind is blinded by religious teaching and heresies, your heart is not as easily duped.
Religious thinking brings us to the conclusion that God is responsible for things that He hasn’t done. But God is not angry with Haiti. He loves Haiti. He is in the relief work and the millions of dollars being given. He is in the cup of cold water. He is in the praises that are rising up from a people that have been ravaged by the enemy, despite the loss. He is there.

We love you, and thank you,

Tyler and Christine

The Resurrected Christ!

I was in a skit tonight playing Jesus appearing after he resurrected. Before the whole thing I was praying for Gods grace to be manifest again in a visible way as we did the skit. After the whole thing I was hanging out with the people. There are two little sisters who always climb on me and play with me after the service, Hanna and Hailey. The family told me that Hanna was really sick all day but when she saw me tonight she was instantly healed. I’m assuming it was when I was coming in as Jesus raised from the dead for the skit, since that was when they first saw me tonight. Tears were coming to me as this little 6 year old girl was sitting on my lap and telling me how she was better  and talking on and on about Jesus the whole rest of the night. She was talking about how they whipped him and poked holes in his hands and feet, and about how he is so good to us but bad to the devil, and about how kind he is and how he heals people.

I want to see many thousands more of little children healed and hear them talking about Jesus like that. Hanna was right, Jesus is wonderful!

1040 Movie – Modern Asia Revival

“A charismatic evangelist is spotlighting what he describes as the world’s “largest numerical revival” in a new documentary that premiers Friday.
’1040′, hosted by minister and musician Jaeson Ma, explores the spread of Christianity throughout Asia, where the church has grown at an unprecedented rate in recent decades.

“People are being raised from the dead; signs and wonders are happening, miracles and healing. Churches are being planted every day. Millions are getting touched with the gospel. It’s shaking society and transforming the culture.”

“It’s such a mind-blowing movement because really what you see out there is the book of Acts, it’s happening just like it was written in the Bible,” said Ma, 29, a U.S.-born evangelist who founded Campus Church Networks, a student-led church-planting movement based in California.”

Gods power over internet!

Somewhere on this site I was watching the video”Dead 20 minutes and raised to life” In the second half of the video the girl was praying for a persons brain to be completely restored. My sister walked in here while I was watching the video and her head got all hot and tingly. She had still been dealing with some symptoms of minor head injuries, and it was God restoring stuff in her brain!
