I was impressed by this video, because it demonstrates a principle some of us may find challenging. There’s a common belief that people need to meet certain qualifications like having training, ordination or mentoring before they can effectively heal the sick. Some believe you must have the gift of healing and not everyone does. In this video a woman who meets none of these …

Linda Larson shares her testimony how God healed her from a pulmonary embolism and how powerful prayer can be when the people of God come together and pray for healing.
In May 2011, a bilateral renal Doppler test confirmed I had renal artery stenosis. The blockage was considered to be 60%+ in both renal arteries. An angiogram was scheduled for May 24 where a doctor from the Vascular Intervention Center would stent both arteries.
I decided to go to Bethel’s Healing Rooms twice before the procedure was to be done. The first visit was amazing, but the second visit I could feel something happening with warmth in the kidney area, and I really felt the presence of the Lord. The team laid hands on me, even reaching into heaven’s storehouse for new arteries and kidneys. A dancer came to us and said she felt the Lord wanted her and two other dancers to dance around me, too. While I couldn’t feel anything definitive, I felt so at peace and calm and ready for whatever the Lord had planned for me.
At 6:30 a.m., May 24th, I arrived at Mercy Hospital for the scheduled eight o’clock procedure. In pre-op, blood was drawn to test my kidney functions. When I was taken into the operating room, the doctor and nurses were looking at the test results in amazement. The kidney functions were normal! They were normal for the first time in months. The doctor decided to go ahead with the angiogram because of the Doppler test done a few weeks earlier.
What the doctor found was simply amazing. The arteries were clear, open and healthy. When Doctor H. went into the waiting room to give the good news to my husband and sister, he threw up his arms and said, “I have good news, and I have bad news. The good news is that the procedure went well. The arteries are open and healthy. I wish mine were that healthy. The bad news is we don’t know why!”
I know why, and I give the Lord all the glory. Thank you, Father.

We soaked for a while before we went out today and I felt I saw a vision of a lady in a green shirt in Wal-mart. In the vision she was sitting at the Wal-mart pharmacy bench as Jesus grew her leg out. After we arrived we approached about three different people who all said they didn’t need prayer although one guy was even limping from a broken foot. I told Angelo “We need to bust this thing open so lets Risk dare each other” I told him we would pick people out and dare the other person to approach them and call out Words of Knowledge or give a word of prophetic encouragement. I saw a lady in a green shirt that was talking in a group of people by the drink isle. I dared Angelo to give her a prophetic word and word of knowledge for healing. We decided we would wait a moment till they were done talking. We walked down a couple more isles then returned to find the gal in the green shirt. When we walked back that same young lady in the green shirt was now sitting in the Wal-mart pharmacy bench! I got excited and told Angelo “That’s how I saw it in the vision. The lady with a short leg with the green shirt in the vision, its like I saw it” We approached them and explained how we felt God showed us some details about them. When we asked the young lady if she had back pain and a shorter leg the mom said “Yes she does, she has scoliosis and one of her legs is shorter” We explained and showed her the details that we wrote down about finding her. We checked her legs and the right one was around ½ shorter. We had her sister pray for it to grow out in Jesus name. The leg obeyed! Haha she said “It felt weird like it stretched out”. Richard my other friend kept hearing “Heather” in his head. He already knew none of the ladies there were named Heather because we all introduced and shared our names. Richard with courage asked the mom “Do you by any chance have another daughter named Heather?” The mom obviously shocked said “Yes I do!” Then she went on the explain how that daughter has been dabbling in witchcraft and has been cutting herself. Heather did not live in Redding anymore and has been kind of estranged from the family. Richard and Angelo encouraged the mom that God was calling her daughter “Heather” home. As they prayed for “Heather” Angelo declared “As a sign to you, Heather will call you before the day is over”. As we hugged and began to say goodbye one of the sisters jumped up excitedly as her phone rang. She exclaimed “Its Heather! She’s calling right now!” The whole family including us were overcome in that moment with the incredible goodness and power of God! Wow Jesus is Great!

I was hanging out with a friend on Saturday (June 18th) morning. She wanted to get ‘trained’, healing the sick and stuff, and she also had a ton of questions about direction and identity stuff. I went to a huge flea market with her and we spent most of the time talking, but we saw some pretty cool stuff.
The first person we ministered to was an old gentleman in a red scooter. He was just finishing a purchase and I asked him how he was doing. Surprisingly, he introduced himself first and then I asked him what happened to his legs. He said that he was a war vet and that years ago, he had a bad accident which resulted in most of the bones on the right side of his body to be broken.
He explained how the entirety of his right arm/legs were in pain because they didn’t recover correctly.
“Here let me pray for you man” as I knelt down an put my foot on his knee. I commanded his body to be whole. After a few seconds, I told him to stand up (I had that thought in the back of my head… “ARE YOU CRAZY??! WHAT IF HE’s not healed?) and he did.
For a few seconds, I didn’t know what was going on, because he didn’t say anything. I asked how he was doing and he said there was a lot less pain. I offered to do it again so all the pain would go, but before I could, he sat down and said, “hold on.”
He pulled out his wallet (i totally thought he was gonna try to give me money) and pulled out a doctor’s note that explained his condition. He was in awe, because he was supposed to be in “chronic pain” according to the note. The whole time, I remember him profusely asking, “What did you do to me? This is amazing!” Before, he could barely stand up, but now he had very little problems doing so.
I ended up laying hands on him one more time, but he didn’t walk. He said that he was missing his left leg. 70% of his right leg was prosthetic.
Haha, I asked him, “Do you want your leg to be restored?”
He got this weird look on his face. “What?”
“Do you want function to return to your leg?”
I think he was so shocked because he already had some good news, getting his leg back would be too much goodness. He ended backpedaling and asked me if I lived in the area. I ended up giving him my card/cell # and he told me he was gonna call me.
“I’m not even a believer!!” I remember he said. haha. Hopefully he calls me soon.

I think about 10 minutes later, we see 2 younger girls pushing a lady in a wheelchair.
I got their attention.. “Hey how you guys doing?” I asked the lady what happened to her leg and her daughter explained that her mom had cancer in her leg and it messed up her tendon. She had melanoma under her skin.
The daughter kept translating for us and I laid hands on the mom’s leg. After I commanded it to be whole, I told her to bend her leg. “Mejor, mejor! (Better, better)” as she nodded her head. Then I told her to stand up but her daughter interjected, “she can’t”.
“Well, is there anymore pain?” The mom said there was still some along the outside of her thigh, so I made her a deal. I told her I was going to pray for her one more time, and then she was gonna stand up. They agreed.
.. put my hand on her leg, commanded it to be better, told her to stand, and she stood. “Any more pain?” She had just a twinge left on her hip. Took a few seconds to knock it out and then I told her to take a step. She started hobbling, it wasn’t anything impressive, but it was a big step from being confined to a wheelchair.
I told them that I would expect their mom to be a lot better the next morning, and then I told them some of the testimonies I had from Africa just a month ago. They were from Oakland, so I gave them my card and told them to give me an update.
That was a cool “intro” for my friend.

Today (June 20th), I went to Sweet Tomatoes with my aunt for lunch. On the way out, I saw 2 guys sitting at a table and one of them had a cast on his left forearm.
I stopped and asked the guy, “Hey what happened to your arm?”
His friend made an innuendo as to how he broke it, but he said that he just tripped and fell.
I asked him how much longer he needed the cast for and he said, “oh this isn’t the real one, I’m going to the doctor tomorrow to get the real cast, it’s gonna be 4 weeks”
“Oh man.. is it hurting right now?”
“oh yeah.”
“Here, check this out” I leaned over an put my hand on his cast. Commanded the pain to go, for the arm to be whole. His friend across the table sort of rolled his eyes when I said, “in Jesus name”. haha.
“Move your hand, check it out”
While he was moving is hand, he was trying to find where the pain went.
“How is it?”
His friend interjected, “the same!”
“Nah, actually, it’s a lot better.”
“There still a little bit, though?”
“Yeah”
“Here” as I put my hand on his cast again, thanked God for the progress and commanded it to be 100%.
I told him to check it again. He was impressed. His friend stopped talking.
“It’s doing a lot better, thanks. I’ll have to let my doctor take a look at it”
“Hey man, what’s your name?”
“Ishmael.”
“Brandon. That’s awesome man, go to your doctor, get it checked out, it’ll be good.”
bahaha. I love encounters like these.
Thinking back, I definitely could have stayed a bit and talked to them about what just happened. I was feeling rushed cause my aunt was waiting outside and had no idea where I went.
It’d be so funny to hear what their conversation was like after I left. Man. I should’ve gave him my business card or something. Ah. Live and learn.

Pastor Torsten Cichon from Germany sent us this testimony:
Thank you for all you are doing for the body of Christ. To encourage you, I send you these lines. In 2007, Bill Johnson came to Germany and held a conference in Speyer. I attended the conference and this destroyed my theology. I am a pastor in an evangelical church that didn’t believe in the supernatural. Bill’s teaching (and also the teaching of the other speakers) changed my understanding of the supernatural and I started to grow in the ministry of the supernatural.
My father had prostate cancer and was operated on. The cancer came back and he had radiotherapy. In 2009, the cancer came back, and my father gave up hope. My parents planned to come with us for summer vacation 2010. But my father said, “I don’t think that I will be alive next summer!” I offered to pray for healing and he agreed. After the Sunday service my mentee, who also believes in God’s healing power, prayed with me for my father. We commanded the cancer to go in Jesus’ name and the blood values to go back to normal.
The next blood test showed a slightly lower cancer-indicating value and my father had some hope. The second blood test after the prayer showed a totally normal blood value. My father came with us on vacation, and he has been healthy since the prayer. The blood value has been normal and perfect since then.
Thank you, Bethel Church, for all I learned from you through ibethel, books, conferences. Without your influence I would never have prayed a “crazy” prayer like I did. Your desire for a cancer-free zone inspired me and built faith I didn’t have before.
This April, my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. I told her we should go to a church close to our place, where a very experienced pastor prays for healing. She said, ”It is okay, when you and Princely (brother in our church from Cameroon) pray for me.”
So we prayed for my wife and in faith we said, ”We want the doctors to operate and find nothing, in Jesus’ name.” And that’s what happened. They operated on my wife and found no more cancer.
Praise Jesus.
